Denise Anderson

Denise joined the faculty at the Robert Busch School of Design (RBSD), Michael Graves College (MGC), Kean University in 2013 as an assistant professor after teaching as an adjunct instructor in the department for fifteen years. Besides teaching courses related to graphic design portfolio development and identity design, Denise serves as Senior Portfolio Coordinator for the MGC. Her research project, MGCReview, is a technology-based solution that empowers design and architecture students to connect directly to industry professionals.

As a graphic designer, brand strategist, and founder of the award-winning creative firm DesignDMA, Denise has developed branding strategies and corporate identities for diverse clients ranging from global financial services firms to start-up companies. Denise holds an M.P.S. in Design Management from Pratt Institute, where she focused her studies on building a bridge between design and business disciplines.
